Behind on Lot Rent
My mom, my brother and I inherited a mobile home when our father passed away. After a few months we no longer could financially keep up with the costs of the mobile home so it was time to sell. One month we fell behind and the park manager gave us papers for court. We couldn’t afford to move the mobile home and if we waited too long and got evicted the mobile home park could have taken the mobile home from us. I found Chris online and he paid our owed lot rent and gave us what we were wanting for dad’s mobile home. He was a huge help and I am happy I called because it solved the problem fast.
Quick Closing So I Could Move Out Of State
We just bought a house in South Carolina and I needed to sell my 1993 Clayton mobile home. I didn’t want to use it as a rental or anything. It needed some repairs and I did not want to repair it.
